  : The newer spa zone was alright and the room was clean.
  : The indoor pool is quite small and the rooms look old for what I expected. Although the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff was the opposite. The included breakfast and dinner were mediocre. For me its not a good value for the money.

  : The views from each point in the hotel are breathtaking, the spa and pools are realy very nice. A lot of reviews talked about poor dinner but for us the food was ok. Were family of 6 persons- so we rent the house in the hotel. The rooms in the house were pretty big and there are 3 bathrooms which is pretty comfortable
  : The furniture and the design overall is very outdated and even neglected. The smell in the bathroom was bad. The coffee in the breakfast was really bad and if you want to have drinkable coffee you need to order it from the bar.

  : Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel overall have a lot of spacious spaces, in front of every room there are bench with place to sit and enjoy the stay. Some of the staff was nice, other, were grumpy. But that's it only, nothing more.
  : Outside pool was cold and not clean. We were able to see some dirtiness and kinda sands particles (insects are "extra" in the pool). Inside pools were the same, even more dirtier. Breakfast and dinner were very ordinary and even did not offer good choice. Despite the city is "home" of Devin water, the hotel did not offer drinks (for free, only for breakfast) like water and juice. We found caterpillar in our salad (photo attached). Overall, we will never come back again. It seems the hotel "relies on old glory" and that's it.

  : The quality of the coffee is terrible. You have to purchase it separately, which is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. Warning ! In the room TV there is an age restricted channel which is not locked.

  : The place is nice , it has a potential to be a really good vacation destination with better management .
  : The food was bad, we have to have dinner in the town.Also the coffee in the morning is a instant coffee, to have a good one you have to pay.Almost forgot about the plates- some where not really washed.The spa is pretty limited with what it offers.
