  : The automated key machine did not work and there was no emergency number provided to call for help. It was midnight at the time of check in which we shared with the motel staff beforehand (plus its a 24/7 check in motel at the high way). The only contact number opened up at 7am in the morning. We had no way of entering the room. After 45 minutes of trying and panic that we had to sleep in the car at -7 degrees, we had to find a different hotel and were lucky to have found a room at 1am in the morning. Paid 55 euros for a room we couldnt stay in and HD to get a much more expensive hotel at 1am in the morning. Emailed/called several times during the moment and the days for help and to get our money back since they didnt enable us to use the room, but 5 days later we havent heard anything from the motel at all. No acknowledgement, apologies nor answers to any of our questions. Very disappointed. Have stayed there several times before but this was an absolute nightmare. Please ensure to provide a n emergency number for your hotel guests in case of emergency, dont purely rely on technology that then malfunctions!!! Absolute nightmare

  : The matras was very uncomfortable. The sheet was not a proper sheet and had a hole in it. The air filter in the bathroom was full of dust.

  : cold in the room it was icy, to the hotel administration how can you keep ice rooms in winter, very thin duvet the heater did not work, after a night there my wife and i woke up sick...Yes, a budget overnight stay, but you write that it is cold, that it does not warm up!!!!!

  : Automated checkin didn't work, and it took an hour to get it resolved. The supplied number wasn't answered, so I had to try through Booking customer service (they were helpful and friendly). When we finally got into the room, it smelled horrible due to smoking. Another half hour on the phone with Booking, and we got a key for a new room. In the room, the toilet wasn't properly mounted to the floor, and would lean to the side, and spill (clean!) water all over the floor when flushing. Worst motel experience ever!
