  : We loved the ambiance and vibe of the room. The vintage and modern design worked quite well. You covered all the essential amenities. And we were pleasantly surprised to find packets of olive oil, even! Nicely done. We also liked its proximity (walking distance) to all the things we were interested in.

  : Lovely little place in a great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly
  : It was an extremely cold night the last night we were there and the room was freezing, but staff was very friendly gave us a space heater and an extra comforter. Minthouse also Offered to move us to another building. Noise level in hall was a bit high - Next time we'll ask to be away from the elevator.

  : I didn’t like that there were no options for parking overnight in the area. I also didn’t want to lug my luggage from my car to the hotel which was inconvenient bc I wanted to change and shower n making multiple trips out wasn’t a fun option in the rainy cold weather.

  : entering the building especially at dark the security took to long didn’t feel safe. no vending machines. would be great to have a late night soda,popcorn or candy.

  : The location was excellent, just a few block from our football destination.
  : Parking was inconvenient-4 blocks away with luggage was difficult with 2 elderly and disabled guest, yet there was a building parking lot across the street.Owner didn't complete my check-in access until called when we were on the doorstep.We were a group with 2 rooms booked and paid for by myself yet our rooms were not together. Separate floors.The stove top was dirty but we cleaned it. The teapot to was dirty but after cleaning we were able to make tea.The tub in bathroom in #1003 did not drain sufficiently...it is uncool to be standing in ankle high water when your (short) shower is complete.I will likely resume hotel stays after this experience.
