: Location and the room was like a home away from home.
: They were not prepared for the power outage. I had a gift card they gave me and I was never able to use it because their internet was down. I had to give it to someone else because it was time to leave.

: I enjoyed every physical part of my vacation! The location, the condo, the grounds. I thought I had a beachfront property, and although I did not, my view was beautiful. I had no issues with security (as I'd read in past reviews), cable was great in 2nd bdrm/living rm (tv didn't connect properly in my room, but I didn't come to watch tv anyway), it was peaceful, beds were very comfortable. There were also plenty of towels and toilet tissue. I didn't have to use my own and there were 7 of us. I also had a good variety of pots/pans. Washer/dryer were also good.
: I have 2 possible dislikes:1)I was unable to use the complimentary $25 gift card, for the onsite cafe. The phone number listed for call ahead orders didn't seem to be the right number. I have a year to use it, so maybe next time.2) As a result of hurricane Sally, several roads in my direct path of travel were closed, unbeknownst to me. I was made aware as my family and I were an route. So as not to chance being stranded in my vehicle with my children (coming through AL) I secured a hotel for a night, to give the roads a chance to clear. I notified the hotel so they'd know we wouldn't be able to check in until the following day. I even checked to see the condition of their location. Upon checking in, the hotel suggested I check with Booking.com on refund for the lost day, which I did. The agent from Booking.com was great and checked with the hotel to see if they were willing to compensate/refund for the lost day. That was 2 days ago, and still no response. I'd hoped they'd offer an extra day, but we packed up just in case. The hurricane was beyond any of our control, however, it feels like I'm being penalized for NOT risking our lives/safety. The love of money, smh.
