  : Beachfront with great views, as advertised. Not too loud or crowded/rowdy. Extra cleaning of facility areas such as pool, chairs, etc.
  : Where do I begin: The 2nd bedroom is more like a walk-in closet with a bed. Dollar store sheer curtain and bedspread - the room was so bad that we had to shut the door to keep it out of sight, it was depressing - if I had been kidnapped, my captors would have given me a better room than this!!! Unfortunately, that meant that my aunt had to sleep on the pull out sofa which was basically a steel frame with a sheet - the mattress was so thin and uncomfortable that she had to just fold it up and sleep on the actual couch. Only half of all the electrical outlets worked (bedroom and main living) we had to check which one (top or bottom) worked. The hallway bath/shower leaked and was very hard to turn on/off. The unit was very dated and run down. There was a broom but no dust pan. The TV in the master had only one channel, no DVD player, so couldn't use that at all. Stains on the bedspreads, pillows and sheets. No mattress protector on the 2nd bedroom off hallway or the sleeper sofa. Even if this was free, I would NEVER recommend this place!

  : Room 307 Do NOT Book thru VACASA they canceled us same day bad bad service and wont even answer the phone and still not refund me my money TERRIBLE Experience never happened this before

  : the roaches in the apartment, the extremely rude HOA staff members, ripping people off my charging countless times for pool bracelets and threatening to not give a refund.

  : ROACHES and dismissal of them when I emailed the property twice and mentioned them on the phone. 2)8@2 speaking on the phone she said that was normal because they just sprayed three days prior. they sent someone up who opened my friends bags that were on the bed. I’m not sure what the person was supposed to do about the roaches. I’ve complained to both booking.com and the property. supposedly booking was working on validating the claim since the property WOULDNT ANSWER.
