  : Hotel staff was nice, view was also good it wasn’t beach front but for the price we aren’t complaining and everything was located perfectly
  : The floor wasn’t clean at all, it should’ve been mopped before our arrival, one of the toilet kept getting clogged and when booking it showed instant beach access but we had to drive or take the resort shuttle to the beach...resort bar staff was unprofessional and under staff which cause orders to be slow

  : Took way too long and way to much trouble to get keys so we had to wait on security every time we wanted in room. Cockroach in hallway. Harassed over not wearing wristbands that we hadn’t even gotten yet. Splash pad wasn’t working.

  : There is no outside bathroom, specially went more them 4 couples travel, because bathroom are inside the rooms.. so that was not convinince..other than that's apartment is great..

  : I was called by Real Joy the day of my stay to confirm, which I appreciated. That was as far as the positives go...
  : We were unable to get our keys to get into our room for half of our stay. Upon arrival, and after being on hold and waiting with all of our bags, security was finally able to let us in (still without keys). Anytime we came back to our room that evening, we had to go through security. We were assured that our welcome packet & keys would all be ready in the morning. It was not. The next day we stopped by the front desk and they had no evidence of our reservation AGAIN, and after multiple calls, voicemails, and waiting on hold for Real Joy, we were late for the wedding we flew in to attend. We have stayed in Destin at many other airbnbs/hotels/condos and even booked last minute without any issues, but this is by far the most stressful, worst experience we've ever had.

  : I thought the location of the resort was great, conveniently next to restaurants and closed to grocery store. The room was a good size for us, for a family of four. Also got a good view from the balcony of the pool and a glimpse of the Gulf. The pool was great for my two young daughters. They spent most of their time there. Only wish the room would provide some pool items for them to play with while at the pool same when we went to the beach. The owners were quick to respond back to me when I reached out to them!
  : I thought the cleaning staff(s) didn't do a very good job of cleaning up the place. I dont expect every room that we stayed to be spotless but if it's obvious to the guests that are staying there I'm sure it's pretty obvious to the cleaning staff(s) to replaced the item(s).

  : Location. View. Decorating. Easy to check in and very friendly staff!
  : The condo was not cleaned very well. The sheets smelled like men’s cologne on the king bed. My mom found a piece of candy under the blanket in the low bunk. The cabinets had finger prints all over and the fridge smelled like mold. The floors were very sticky.
