: I did not like the threat of checking out and cleaning up being the debt it or charge for. I did not like extreme cleaning fee when I was asked to clean the place before I left.

: The front desk was ok but whoever clean unit did a poor job. I stay in D unit 2811 Their was food left in the fridge. The unit was very dusty, only had one set of sheets and the cover had stain. When to take a shower last nite roaches was everywhere. I PAY OVER $800 to celebrate my Anniversary at this property. Im not happy at all. Just 3 night wasted

: When we checked in there wasn’t any carts to take our stuff to the room and having a 18month old and. 8 year old it was hard trying to get everything in one trip.
