: Being told the pool was not available before I arrive and find it out myself. When I book there was nothing listed. I spoke to our property manager and she said she thought there was another pool so did not list it. A pool is one of the reasons we booked here. We also had a mouse that was eating our bread and got in the trash. It would have been nice to have TV with regular channels too. We also had one of your workers open up one of our bedroom doors randomly when they were cleaning the upstairs property. My daughter was standing in the room. Why?

: It was a convenient location. The pool area and general grounds were impeccable.
: We discovered roaches and black mold in the apartment. Light switches which you would turn off, but the light would not turn off. Lights that were burned out. The dishes were put away dirty before we arrived. The microwave was rusted inside and a health hazard to cook in. The glasses were broken in the cabinet. The toaster worked intermittently. The dryer set off the fire alarm.

: The location was wonderful. Sandy beach on one side and a lake on the other. Closet full of beach supplies made our stay easier. Decent for the value.
: The floors in the bedroom and private bathroom could use redone. They are warped and not in the best shape. The walk in shower seemed slanted in the pan. The dryer took 3 times to dry 1 small load of laundry.
