  : Hotel was beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful. We loved using the warm garden pool, and the hot tub on the roof. Breakfast was also delicious.
  : Room was a little tight for a family of 4 with luggage, but was fine for a 2 night stay. Bathroom was sufficient.

  : Was misled by senior waiter on first breakfast day about breakfast as was told it was ALL included in costs but there were items that were charged as extras on checkout that we believe should have not been charged as we were told this on the first day they were included. Not good communication on their part by their staff member.

  : The staff were extremely polite and attentive, especially Davide & Paulo. Service was also exceptional and I couldnt fault it one bit. On arrival, it was my GFs birthday but we never mentioned anything, we left our suitcases and went for a walk as our room wasnt ready yet (we arrived very early). Upon return, we found a happy Birthday note from the hotel and free drinks at the bar. Which was honestly great service. The hotel has 2 pools, one heated in their back garden which is lovely and another unheated, at the front of the hotel which is refreshing. They also have a lovely rooftop with an amazing view of the full lake along with a Jacuzzi you can book for free up to late hours. Their breakfast is ok, personally I would like more options both cold & hot but thats because I like to try different foods. Their lunch & dinner menu is delicious and they definitely know what theyre doing, would 100% recommend to try it.Room wise (we took basic option) - Bathroom is very modern & clean with id say decent space. Theyll have everything you need apart from an iron (they do have a dry cleaning service). The room itself is nothing to rave about personally, I would expect more space and maybe more modern furniture for the price I paid and maybe a bigger balcony. Im not sure how their pricing works because we attended with a massive wedding party (around 25-30 rooms booked out). I visited a couple rooms who paid less than what we did by around 200-300 and their rooms were a lot bigger and had extras we didnt, so a bit disappointing there. Overall, I would give it a 4/5.
  : Maybe a bigger breakfast menu and more cold options. Rooms need to be handed out based on price paid, as other members had bigger rooms with lower prices paid.

  : Beautiful hotel, with good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff! Situated just outside of the city centre, but within walking distance of it, and still close to restaurants and the lake. Although close to a main road, this was not very noticeable as the hotel is very peaceful and quiet.

  : The tea and coffee was not replenished each day. Bottled water could have been included in the price.
