  : The room was updated very nicely. The air conditioner worked great on these hot days.
  : The shower curtain needed washed.. it smelled awful and there was mascara smeared on it.

  : The AC did not work it was 90° outside. I requested a different room only to be told the manager would be called, and that time was approximately 9:45 p.m. I Googled the error code on the AC and got it running by the time the manager came which was approximately 45 minutes to an hour later, since it was running he said it would cool down and left, it did not cool down it, actually would run for about 45 minutes to an hour then I would have to get up and unplug it and restart the AC, only for it to continue to run 45 minutes to an hour and repeat unplugging and resetting it. Under and behind the beds, we found a dirty hat , dirty used food container, pretzels, and an abundance of dust and dirt, and the most intriguing was the large box cutter, just to name a few. At checkout, I informed the different front desk staff of the issues, and the only thing that was said to me was, I'm sorry, and she gave me two free bottles of water. After working 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., loading the car, having to drive through a drive-thru for supper, we finally arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:30ish. Due to the room being way too warm and the AC not working, there was not much rest before having to be up at 6:00 a.m. and get ready to have breakfast and go to an all-day college orientation. After which, having hot, hungry kids supper was needed as well as gas in the car. Finally, home around 11pm., and to try putting some items away before crawling into bed and have to be to work at 6am., makes for cranky and upset people in the home.

  : Overall our stay was fine. Comfortable room and bed. Pleasant though stoic staff.
  : Floor in room looked okay, but when I entered the bed area after showering, my feet got blackened with dirt. Filthy floor.
