  : The hotel ignored my messages. They then cancelled the booking without telling me. I was attending download festival with my disabled son. Then they reinstated the booking for £20 more. We did not bother going to such a hostile establishment and instead we made the trip from home each day instead.

  : The staff were very lovely and welcoming upon arrival and check-out. The parking was very spacious and clean. The process of checking-in/out was swift and easy. Access to the welcome break store was very easy, you don't have to leave the building in order to access that which was very nice.The accommodation was very clean! We had a pleasant night's sleep and the bed was very soft and the shower was very consistent with heating
  : The toilet required pumping in order to get it to flush properly. The room isn't equipped with an Aircon or fan so it became quite stuffy and had a lack of air circulation so we had to leave the window open overnight. Aside from this, this would have been a solid 10/10 stay. Overall, we are willing to revisit this place as it's location is perfect and we liked everything else!
