  : dont know didnt stay they canceled my reservation as I got off the plane heading to them. and have been unresponsive to booking and myself for my refund.
  : never stayed since they cancelled my reservation as I was on the way to the hotel leaving the airport. what I definitely dont like is how unresponsive they are to booking for my refund.

  : Motel had plumbing issues so they could not get us a room. Due to this they had us go to a different motel - we asked to stay close to our venue (Ball Arena) so we could get to our event on time but we were sent to one far away (over 30 mins) from the venue which we did not know until we started driving. Once we realized we called & requested a different motel staff was very rude & called the wrong one to set us up so when we got to where we thought we were staying they had no room for us. At this point we were told they could not accommodate us & we were being difficult (by asking to stay close to a certain venue which is why we even booked with them to begin with). Long story short we did not even stay in any room & had to drive home after the event we were attending. Staff (Pablo) was very rude. We have made several attempts to try & get a refund since we never stayed in any room but so far Pablo (who claims to be general manager) refuses to give us one, has continued being extremely rude, & will not give us anyone else to contact.

  : The hotel staff and manager were rude and hung up on me several times. Just before check-in I was notified that the hotel had "plumbing issues" and were shutting down the entire place. They wanted to put me in a Super 8 motel which I refused

  : Nothing on the property was ready to really be rented. The night clerk was such a sweetheart she deserves a raise. At one point there were 20+ people in lobby waiting for assistance and she was so calm and collected.
  : Maintenance going on almost every other room. Our room was not finished and there were cockroaches. Our room was missing remotes, lightbulbs going out. The bottom door seal was not there cold air and light came in. AC/ heating element did not work. Dirty towels.

  : They didn't let me check in when I needed to. I Ended up sleeping outside .
