Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Five Points District 30 Day Stays of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation and the person whose name is on the credit card must be present at the time of check-in. A valid government-issued ID of the same person will be required to complete the check-in processes. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically before arrival and payment is processed. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
