  : Security gate lock was jammed. Took half hour to get in. Fault never repaired during stay. EVERY hinge and lock screeched, even wardrobe doors. WD40 put it right. Kitchen cabinets full of equipment, including dozens of glasses, NO ROOM FOR FOOD STORAGE, except for fridge lines. Had to buy a large plastic tub to keep coffee, tea, tins, bread etc. "Welcome Pack" was a small plastic bag for rubbish, about 10ml of washup liquid, sponge/scourer, tiny tea cloth. Arrived Sat. night, shops all closed until Monday morning. Should have had basic food lines such as milk, bread etc. Agency letter asked us to call in "tomorrow" to complete contract, which was SUNDAY. Struggled to park, found they were closed. Had to return Monday. We were told there was a charge for Internet connection. Disgusting !! Most bars and cafes offer FREE internet. For the price of the rental everything should be included. Good TV reception, but only in Spanish and German ! Villa is in a residential area, no restaurants within walking distance, and no pavements so quite dangerous. Lots of noise from traffic 24 hours a day, BARKING DOGS ( non-stop most days) . I believe that we made an expensive mistake by booking this villa.
