WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform Holiday Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details.

Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate.

Please note that air conditioning carries an additional charge of EUR 3.66 per day.

Please note that heating carries an additional charge of EUR 13.19 per day. Free consumption is limited to 20 m3 of water per week. Consumption over this limit will be charged against the safety deposit (eur 3,20 + iva / m3).

It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
