WiFi is available in all areas and costs EUR 5.71 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 4.29 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 2 years old and over stay for € 5.71 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Apartamentos Nova Denia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that keys must be collected at: Avenida Alicante, 9 The reception is open from 09:30-13:30 and16:30-20:00.

On Saturdays during July and August, the reception is open from 09:30 to 19:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Nova Denia in advance.
