  : The bed was comfortable the room was clean.
  : There was a four inch gap in the weather stripping at the door. You could fit your entire foot between the foot of the door and the floor. The toliet lid was not attached at all. The toliet seat was only attached by one screw. Two requests for towels were made. The first attempt I wasn't back at the room (requested from lobby in person)when he knocked on the door my family member was in the shower so no delivery. Second request made while family member sat outside the door while I made request again. No one ever came, asked ft desk again, and the maintaiance guy swore he came back. That is a lie. We waited hours with the door crack. The "crowning jewel," the blow dryer, caught on fire while trying to use it! I have pictures available of the door and the toilet seat available on request.   : The rooms were clean. The location was very convenient. Very good value in my opinion.
  : I stayed for about a week and on most occasions the staff members were very friendly but one particular employee made me feel unwelcomed
