Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 4.50 per hour.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Casa Julia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Across the hotel is a charge point for electric cars.

Please note that it is not possible to check in after 23:00 as the hotel does not have a night receptionist.

Please note that an extra bed (see Extra Bed Policies) can only be requested beforehand and must be confirmed by the property.

The property does not have any cash. Neither are cash payments accepted and no cash is available for change. Payments of the room night will happen via credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. Unless prepayment by bank has been done, or if agreed differently based upon corporate contracts. Guests are asked to identify themselves with a valid identification (passport or drivers license) and a valid credit card or bank prepayment. The name of the guest, name on the identification and the name of the credit must be identical- unless agreed differently with the reception staff prior to arrival. The receptionists are in any case entitled to refuse access to guests.
