  : Was told would receive a full refund for my reservation, but did not receive.
  : Checked in at 6:30 pm. Outside temp was 94 degrees. Walked into to a sweltering lobby with non existant air conditioning. Wemt up to see room. Air conditioning was not running and room temp was reading 87 degrees. My room with a view looked out over a parking lot. Went back down to speak with front desk. She said to contact Booking.com and would receive full refund. So far, nothing has been done.

  : AC was great. Room was a decent size. Staff was very nice. Parking area felt safe. Staff came to fix the toilet immediately when it wouldn’t flush. Dunken donuts in parking lot.
  : AC was broken in the hallways, so it was hot and smelled terrible in my corridor. My room was also musty. The rug was sticky. The bed was ok but not super comfy. There was a smell coming from the bathroom sink drain. The towels were stained. The wifi kept disconnecting my Firestick. There is no elevator. I overpaid because I booked in advance. (About $140 a night) A friend booked the same day and got it for $80. (Also not the hotels fault but my cellphone reception was so bad I had to drive down the road to get my GPS to kick in.)

  : Location is great (little small town with great pizza (Dough Boys), there is a BBQ and Ramen place that I wish we could have visited but we visit family and they always cook dinner every night, rooms are very clean & mattresses are very comfortable, staff was very nice and friendly. If you order late night fast food to the hotel I would recommend Goombas Pizzeria.
  : There is an over powering smell of carpet deodorizer on the 1st floor hallway near the rooms. So much that we would hold our breath and run for the room. This would be the hallway on the right side if you are facing the hotel. We stayed in room 120. 2nd thing is the WiFi is not good and sometimes our cell service was even giving us issues. And the only other thing is we wish they had a outdoor pool or at the very least would allow the double doors to be opened so you can go out and get some sun in the courtyard and then go in and enjoy the pool. They have picnic tables and chairs out in the courtyard but you can’t access the pool unless you go to the opposite end of the courtyard (the end of the hotel) and walk all the way back through the hotel hallway which is almost the length of the hotel to get back to the pool. We have stayed here for the last two years and really enjoyed it but next year we will be staying at a hotel with an outdoor pool. We always visit Memorial Day holiday but if we stayed any other non-summer months - this would definitely be my choice. The price for the overall hotel is great!!

  : The hotel staff were kind.
  : The hotel claims they have done renovations but it is not yet noticed. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Overall it doesn’t feel clean. They do not service the rooms. The staff seems to live on property as a barter for working there. They seems to not be trained very well and just getting by.

  : Sadly we did not like much. The staff was nice at check in but that’s about it.
  : The hotel was really dirty and we felt unsafe. The main door to the hotel from the side entrance did not lock and was duct tapped. Therefore anyone without a swipe key could walk in and out and this is not safe. The pool was cold and very dirty and the room was not clean. The bathroom had mold all over and clogged tub drain was really gross. We checked in at 4:15pm and our room wasn’t ready and “was being cleaned” We were not inconvenienced by the 10 min it took to clean our room, however I can understand why it was only 10 minutes. I don’t even think the sheets were even changed due to the black curly hairs being found in the bed the minute we pulled back the sheets. The bathroom tub was stained and gross and you can tell it wasn’t cleaned in weeks. I’m pretty sure all they did was vacuum and empty garbages. We would never stay here again. We traveled with children and thank god it was only one night. I would never take my family here again due to the lack of cleanliness and saftey. We have stayed in several hotels in all different locations over the years and this by far was the grossest hotel and the most unsafe hotel by far.
