  : Nothing about this place is likable!! Poor customer service, poor cleanliness, and shady customers/guests staying there.
  : The MOD Kevin has poor customer service skills. Sam, the GM didn't return any of my calls about the stay and refused to refund our money. That was a fast $82.00 that they made off of us. The room did not have working air conditioning. There was mold on the wall, the carpet by the mini fridge had stains, and the bathroom door was butt against the toilet. Absolutely no room in that bathroom. The guests staying at this property were shady, and it was apparent that this was a drug hotel.

  : it was quite easy to find, when you figured out what street was walworth st. it was nice to be down town, as we walked to a restaurant for supper. the man at the desk on sat. was very nice and helpful.
  : The man at the desk on sunday was not so good. we ran out of napkins, and he said, or pointed, use the paper towels, (and later he opened a door, and i could see all the napkins they had.) Napkins????? then one of the rooms, 505, i think had a running toilet the whole time, (my son tried to get it to stop, but could not)... and i believe a couple other things in that room... he left a note, i bellieve... our room, 512, door did not open decently, it was scraping against the floor, and the toilet paper holder was broken... i also left a note... whether they take thoughs things and fix them, is up to you...

  : There was no power after a storm. The staff was not very helpful or knowledgeable, the manager didn’t come in even though there were people leaving in droves due to no power. The emergency lights didn’t even work so we had to go up four flights of a pitch black stairwell to even attempt to get our luggage. A group of drunk people came in and knocked a large picture off the wall and shattered it all over the ground. When we did have power earlier in the day, the bathroom was dirty and the door didn’t even shut all the way unless you slammed it really hard.
