  : First room we were given wasn’t ready, no beds made . Second room, Air conditioner in room didn’t work, tailgating allowed in the front carpark making a noise all night. People in next room blaring music past 4 am and when I called the front desk to complain the kid just said he had tried to call them but they hadn’t answered . Absolutely terrible service

  : The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Everything in the room was fully stocked and working properly. It was very quiet in my room even with the hotel being almost completely booked the entire weekend and with some of the guests bringing their dogs with them, so that was excellent! The staff I encountered were all very nice, friendly and helpful! They made me feel welcome and treated me as a very valued guest. I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel!
  : I would just like to see more rooms and parking spaces designated for the handicapped. This is not strictly a La Quinta/Wyndham issue, it's a hospitality industry-wide issue. It was a busy weekend in the area so I was unable to book a handicap accessible room because all 4 were already taken. The room I did get was a distance from the elevator. It was spacious, but the bathroom was small & did not have safety bars which was a bit problematic for me. I was unable to find any parking space available in front of the hotel when I returned back there late in the evening on Saturday. I had to park near the back, a very long trek for someone with a walker. Not angry, just wish there were more handicap parking spaces & accessible rooms.

  : I like the location and value.
  : This trip I was not greeted nicely. Immediately I was advised there would be an extra charge for early check in. I was 1.25 hours early. I just drove 7 hours from Minnesota and I’m here for the 3rd time because a close family member died. Really an early check in charge? Both front desk people spoke in their language which is rude and only ended the conversation with my credit card to charge me. No welcome or thanks. This time the stay was not good. Tons of kids running around loudly and parents partying loudly. No room in the pool and the thundering running up and down the hallways constantly. No room to sit for breakfast either. This was my 3rd visit in 2 months and I’m upset I got charged a $15 fee for checking in 1 hour and 15 min early. I checked in early the first 2 times with no fee. Huh ~ guess it depends on who’s working the front desk. The police even had to show up on Saturday because of all the 911 calls. I don’t know if I will stay in your hotel again and I have many other choices in the area.
