  : Breakfast had good options, just more cold than hot. Good wifi. Good channels on the tv. The staff was quick and got us in fast. The location is convenient with a lot of restaurants, a convince store, and an AMC nearby.
  : Getting into the plaza it's located in is somewhat of a hassle. The elevator was dirty when we arrived at 5pm. Something sticky was dried to the floor. I assume soda as there had been a wet floor sign. It was still sticky when we checked out at about 8am the next day. The picture in the room (King suite) had some sort of dried stuff to the glass part of the frame. The room also smelled pretty heavy of bleach or a similar cleaner. Only waffles you make yourself and biscuits and gravy as the hot options for breakfast. The experience and room were not at all like what was advertised in their pictures. Especially for a suite.

  : The fact that the front desk guy gave my room keys to a guest who went in my room and ransacked the place stole my jewelry and my wallet .

  : Room set up was welcoming
  : Front counter never manned, management VERY unorganized, staff knocking on door when do not disturb sign on door. Staff could not provide receipt at time of checkout. Witnessed a customer complaining about staff just walking into their room around 11pm.

  : We were very satisfied with everything except the full sized bed and a badly stained sofa bed that was left for us to make even though it was given as my second bed per my request for two beds or a room with double (2) beds.
  : The beds which were to firm in both rooms and the sofa beds which were unmade and too worn and one sofa bed had a nasty stain on the mattress which I would not have seen or known had the sofa bed been made.

  : There wasnt a tremendous expense for the roomwhich made the uncomfortable experience more tolerable.
  : The tile floor in the bathroom was broken/ jagged. The appliances were only usable if the windows were opened. The shower would set off smoke alarms if the bathroom door wasnt closed. There was gum hanging from the ceiling. My ID was photocopied. ???
