  : The room was nice. We liked the large shower. The view was beautiful.
  : It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee/tea other than the single cup in the room. The “piped in scent” in the hallway was overpowering.

  : I did not like the girl who checked us in. She was rude and she put us in a dirty room asked to be moved , tv did not work and had to have a man come to the room and fix it it. And the parking garage sucked, going down one elevator through the casino with everything then up another elevator. Never coming there again

  : The woman working at the coffee shop in the early morning was extremely pleasant & helpful for us & our young daughter after we found out there wasn't breakfast before our long drive home.
  : We chose the hotel for breakfast & the pool - breakfast was surprisingly not included, though listed on the website in amenities & we aren't even sure the pool was included since our keycards worked for everything but the pool doors, though the hotels website also lists the pool. Maybe it was only accessed for the joint hotel guests? We got in anyway, but the water was extremely cold and the pool room itself, though beautiful with all the windows, is looking worn -lots of broken tiles, peeling paint & rust. The pool room was also out of towels so we had to go to the desk to ask for more & instead of refilling the entire cart, the person working just asked how many towels we needed, so I asked for more to leave a few extra for others since there was at least 15+ people there both times we went swimming. The hotel room was nice enough, though the bathroom sink drain was not connected, so my husband worked on it to release the drain after it got pushed down & the shower drain was also not in great condition as the water filled up to the rim of the shower pan before a person could finish a regular length shower. We had to turn the water off & on between shampoo/conditioner so it wouldn't overflow. Parking lot is a nightmare for larger vehicles.

  : The property has some good restaurants downstairs and all the staff everywhere was phenomenal.
  : It was a bit far to walk when all dressed up, but they did have a list of rides to call so that was nice. The other problem was hair in my room. It wasn’t like one hair throw it away and be done. There were beard shavings in and around my sink. I found different color red hair all over. I opened my towel there was a hair. The management sends out a text daily after you’ve checked into your room to see how you’re doing, but they must not checked them because I did tell them and heard nothing. I asked to switch rooms but apparently they didn’t have any available. Apart from that everything else was good. I should have taken pics but didn’t think about it at the time.
