Policies

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 4 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 4 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that for reservation of more than 3 bungalows, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Pets are only allowed upon request and can not be accommodated in the hotel chalets. The costs are EUR 16.90 per stay.

Payment terms:
Payment is made in two installments of 50% where the first installment has to be paid within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation. The second installment must be paid at the latest six weeks before arrival.
Upon arrival within 6 weeks after reservation, the entire amount in one period should be paid within 14 days after reservation.
Upon arrival within 14 days after reservation must be paid via I-deal or upon arrival.

Costs for kitchen linen and towels (not applicable for Hotel Chalet):
- Kitchen linen EUR 6.00 per package
- Towels EUR 6.80 per package
- Bed linen EUR 9.30 per person (for 1 person it is included)

Please note that it is not possible to place an extra bed in the chalets. When guests want to place a baby cot in the room, this will replace a normal bed.
