  : Centrally located and Jakobshorn slopes can easily be reached within walking distance, friendly staff. Possibility of using the SPA facilities of the Hard Rock hotel (for a charge)
  : Value for money is not ideal. The hotel is comfortable, but the price is quite high considering that no breakfast and spa facilities are included

  : Location- Davos, is great of course, but this has not much to do with the hotel.
  : We know that the standard of room in Davos is usually quite low and prices are high. It is how it is. However, here you are basically staying in an old student dormitory for the price of a 4-star hotel. If you consider that you need to add breakfast (35 CHF each person) and city tax, you are much better off staying in other hotels, where you pay a bit more but have this stuff included in the price. We stayed for three nights. Our son made a bit of mess with bread on the floor but we could not get our room cleaned, or even the rubbish taken away. The staff informed us that they can only clean every 3 days, so only on the day that we leave. This is a strange policy especially when you have signs in your bathrooms saying that if you hang them on the door, you can get your room cleaned. Of course nothing happens when you do it it.

  : Was in a very good central location with a lot of amenities around. Everyone from the staff was very polite and smiley. Very nice coffee and and very helpful at the reception.
  : The first night unfortunately wasnt very hot the room but since we asked at the reception next morning someone came directly and fixed it. The biggest issue was the internet. I couldnt rich any signal any of the 4 days.
