  : The breakfast was hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, pastry, bread. Very adequate but "Breakfast" was a little misleading. However for the price it was fine.
  : The site has "shared bath" hidden deeply in the description. We had no idea we were sharing a bath with two other guests. The shower floor did not appear to be clean. The grout was dirty.

  : Staff doesn’t speak English well, so not easy to communicate. Very poor electric, we couldn’t use microwave and coffee maker at the same time. They serve breakfast( bread, fruits, boiled eggs) and they didn’t have butter for bread!!I had to ask for the butter and she said no butter, you have jam on the table.Well, she brought it after a while, but very small portion! We won’t recommend to stay here, the location was good, though....

  : The breakfast was generally ok, although one morning the banana was over ripe and inedible. The bathroom was great and the sitting room was ok for breakfast and working on my computer, but the futon was way too large to use as a couch.
  : The backyard was not very nice and there was no place (like a bench) to sit. The potted flowers were so unattended that I borrowed scissors from my friend to cut away the dead flowers and I watered them. The owner was a nice woman, but never checked with me to see if there were any problems; also, she brought people in for the other room without telling me first. The hair dryer never worked. A circuit blew when both the microwave and the hot pot were on and I could not reach anyone to tell them.

  : The breakfast was good. I liked the French Roast coffee for the coffee maker and the abundance of fresh fruit. The basket of toiletries was a nice touch, too. The owners were very quiet, but also very kind.
  : Property needs landscaping to be inviting. It's a bit underwhelming and may discourage folks from staying. Sliding glass door and back gate need externally keyed locks for the security and access of the guests. The sign requesting guests not to dispose tissue in the commode was disconcerting, to say the least. Suggests that the house is on a leaching field that needs service or a main drain that needs replacing. An extra 15A circuit should be added to each room to provide the guest with power to charge phones and use a CPAP at night. Walkway should be fully paved starting from the back gate to the landing for the atrium.
