: Nice big house in good housing community. We had 10 people planned but only 8 showed so we had lots of room. Easily sleeps 10. Very clean. Patio and pool area very nice but see comments below. The main living room very nice and spacious. Most things worked well.
: The only major complaint is this first one. AllOthers suggestions for improving. 1. Worst aspect was the sofa in tv room which had faux leather peeled and pieces came off all over the floor and on us. Horrible. This needs replaced. Embarrassing. 2. After booking were told was extra cost for pool heat and grill. We only needed pool for three days as arrival and departure days we couldn’t use it but required minimum four days. Water would take a day to warm up. We opted to not do it as was $160+ extra cost. 3. The grill we requested but it when arrived no gas was on grill. I called and they promised would try by next day 12pm. We waited and then opted to cancel and use charcoal grill option. Agent said would charge $25 to clean it but I negotiated to clean it after use especially since it had not been cleaned from earlier use. Ashes in bottom and grill dirty. So I cleaned it twice. That grill is rusting out in bottom and needs replaced. 4. While house is structured for 10 the plates and glasses are not. Nice dining room setting for 7. Extra 7 plates of different type and glasses I found five. 4 coffee cups etc. some pans and pots nice others need replaced. 5. I had to replace batteries in tv remotes in two remotes.

: The pool was awesome and the house very spacious! The furniture was comfy and the decor was cute. Nice quiet neighborhood. The pool table was great to have.
: There were lots of extra bed sets in the closets, that didn't go to the bed in the room. There was a lot of clutter in the garage. There were no wash cloths or hand towels, we had to purchase some. We found the washer was not working upon arrival on friday and was not fixed/replaced until Wednesday, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
