  : Loved the location and the amenities!!!
  : The Tv in the living room would not play any movies or nothing kept saying internet was down but worked in other rooms..... carpet is very stained from previous users but they ask u to remove ur shoes..... no shades on back door so passing people can look straight in home..... back door does lock correctly..... pool had left over hair ties and hair pins in pool from previous guest... hot tub wasn't hot cause the heater was frozen and maintenance didn't come to fix during our stay.... please hire new cleaning crew

  : Nothing. Location was under construction in many areas, it was very congested to enter - guard entry was not set back far enough so it takes at least 10-20 minutes to enter when busy
  : The property was promoted as first in class online. However, you are required to sign a contract with the host and you become responsible for any issues not reported. There were more issues than I have room to write, this is a true example of buyer beware. If you don't report it you will more than likely pay for the lack of upkeep. They referred to it as wear and tear, but it was much more than that. I found myself reporting every little detail and not being able to relax as a result. It was not at all what had been published and the home is in need of repair and maintenance.

  : Location was good. It was nice enough.
  : Very worn and tired. Pictures make it look much nicer. Supplies were extremely skimpy -- one wine glass, not even salt and pepper were provided so had to stock everything. The pans were old and need updating. The ACO account reps were not great. Had to spend two days on the phone with them trying to address TV issue and also heat the pool. When they did answer it was always a spotty reception so made it frustrating to understand them. And our TV issue never got resolved so went the whole time without local channels.

  : Pool was empty water heater jacuzzi and pool was not on charged us but nothing any ways pool was empty was given a access code to enjoy the community resort pool that was not working also
  : House was bad shape dirty rugs dirty walls appliances controls all dead batteries had purchase batteries empty pool with no water

  : there were no blinds at the glass sliding door. the sliding door would not lock. The shower curtains in the hallway upstairs was very nasty

  : The location of the property was good, close to restaurants and grocery stores.
  : The property wasn’t clean and the maintenance never showed our entire stay to fix our issues.
