: Great location close to Clubhouse pool etc.Easy drive to DisneyHouse is nice, well decorated and has a nice game room.Spacious house.Resort overall is great with pool, slide, lazy river, tennis.Very family friendlyNice gated community, always felt safe.
: Most frustrating thing is having to pay $40 a day to heat pool, but then the 'spa' is not hot enough.... maybe 90 degrees, not really warm enough to sit in at the end of the day. Pool was nice and warm for swimming though. House is beginning to show wear, typical of a family vacation home in this mkt. (stain on sofa, marks on walls, damaged drapes etc), but still overall v. niceGame room had variety of stuff, but on cheaper end and many broken items, fuseball table didn't work right, no ends of pool sticks, no ping pong balls (host did bring some the next day), no power cord to plug in the air hockey table. Looked like there should have been a dart board.Bring all your own supplies, including coffee filters, salt and pepper, any cleaning items etc (they do provide hand/face soap and shampoo, literally nothing else).Make sure you tightly close the trash box outside and put trash out before they pick-up (not over night).... a new problem we noticed this year is critters getting in them and tearing apart the garbage.... and then the resort will not pick them up.Finally the resort staff this year were pretty terrible, not friendly, not helpful, they were having staffing issues at the cafe.... not the host or this houses fault, but worth noting.
