: The pool area was great! Everything else was awful. There were bed bugs. The manager and staff at the front desk helped us when we reached out but when we found bed bugs again at the second property they moved us to we received no response.

: I booked this property a month in advanced to enjoy some much needed family time from Thursday 5/16/19 to Sunday 5/19/19. Since I live locally I thought it would be a great idea to go in Thursday after work without the children to prepare the place w their swimming pool wear, board games and to put away the groceries. I wanted the children to be excited and surprised the following day Friday. Nothing went as planned. When I arrived the property was filthy full of bugs and the carpet was horrible. My son has severe allergies and I was beyond disappointed and called to complain about these issues and nothing was resolved. I feel beyond aggravated and disappointed because I have not received my refund or any call back from property management. It is extremely aggravating when your company has a 24 hour emergency phone number that no one answers. I will never book anything from this website I don’t trust it.
: It was filthy and disgusting. People spend money on booking these types of properties to expect quality not trash. They come from aboard or local to enjoy their family, relax, and vacation in peace. Again I will never book from this site or with that management ever again.

: I feel very safe here. Love the big townhomes and it’s very quite and peaceful here.
: I stayed in a 4 bedroom six months ago and that is the reason I rebooked. This unit has carpets that need replacing or at least a good carpet cleaning. The stove was scary to use. I thought the oven door was going to come off. The kitchen in this unit did not have potholes or enough utensils to complete a simple meal. A cookie sheet would have been nice. The water dripped in the master room shower the whole time I was in the unit and the mattress needs to be replaced in the master bedroom. Also broken tiles in the entrance way. This unit needs some love.
