  : It was extremely hard to get in touch with anyone about the rental for daysWas there 3 days before we could even use the pool because i requested heat and it was never turned on. Then after waiting 3 days and paying $200 more for heat for remaining days spa still never got hot and once pool took 9 hours to atleast warm up heat turns off at night so no point of having a pool or spa3 televisions broken in the home never replaced whole stay was told we were givin a extra room so watch tv somewhere else. So 3 of us could not watch tv the entire trip. Maintenance could not fix needed replaced by ownerMaster bedroom bed or room EXCESSIVELY dusty i have asthma and choked through the night ONLY when laying in master room bed. Ants kept coming out of bedroom sink upstairs everyday had to flush ants down drain a lot of ants
