The kitchen at Hoyran Wedre Country Houses uses all local fresh produce with delicacies such as olive oil goat cheese milk yogurt grape/carob syrup and honey. Guests can enjoy traditional dishes including mezes sea food homemade pasta and deserts. Fruit and vegetables are picked fresh from the garden.
