  : The back deck with bay view, closeness to the beach.
  : The room rate was reasonable, but the cleaning fees were way excessive. Will never stay anywhere again with 700.00 dollar cleaning fees.

  : Walking distance to the beach. Easy checkin. Air conditioning worked well.
  : The exterior was not well maintained- splintering deck, trash in the yard, etc. The technology in the house was poor- not enough WiFi to stream any entertainment, the cable was poor, remotes not operating. The kitchen was poorly stocked- missing basic utensils and cookware. The bath towels were like rags and sinks and tubs not draining well.
