  : Comfy spacious studio, in a great location right by the centre but still quiet during the evening. Bed was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom is compact but didn't bother us. The shower was surprisingly powerful with good temperature

  : Excellent position in town
  : The lack of ventilation made the property smell and feel dank, together with the feel that the whole place needed a deep clean and replacement of shower tray and mugs, so badly stained. No mirror available with use of hair dryer. A little more thought into the clients experience and a new mattress this would be a brilliant place. Also outside door lock did not work and no light in bottom hallway

  : Close to town centre. Mayor's Avenue car park and M&S. Good size for a solo traveller. Plenty of storage space, comfy bed, and seating. Kitchenette was adequate as I only had breakfast and the occasional microwave evening meals.
  : The shower room is a little small but it was OK for me.

  : Central location very convenient for exploring Dartmouth, which is a lovely town. Car parking difficult, I booked a space in Sainsbury's car park a 40 minute walk away. Room as described, comfortable and clean, well equipped, plenty of storage space. Good shower. Efficient heater. Fridge very useful. Great to have a code rather than a key - nothing to lose! Pub next door had good reviews but it didn't do evening food. Good blackout blinds to prevent disturbance from street lights.
  : Only cold water plumbing, kettle for hot water. The room is dark with venetian blinds for privacy, and only the window onto the street opened so I felt I had to have it shut at night. I didn't manage to follow the instructions for the TV. Shortage of sockets. The microwave was high up, I could not see into it - would be good if there were a step to stand on.
