  : The location and view from top of house was great. House worked well.
  : Please change the dirty old carpet on the ground floor down to the kitchen. It is so marked and grubby. Could do with a really deep clean too, lots of dusty dirty bits. The ledge above the sink in the top bedroom is ridiculous. You have to be a contortionist to clean your teeth or shave!

  : Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Well equipped kitchen and lovely attic rooms.
  : There was no outdoor space and this was not stated in the description. The house is four floors meaning a lot of steps. This was not stated either. The first floor bedroom and bathroom are cramped for two adults. The mattress needs replacing. The shaving point in the first floor bathroom isn't working. It was hard to work the TV. There were no hangers for trousers.

  : Fantastic location.. property very clean and very well decorated and appointed. Kitchen well equiped.. Beds comfortable.. stunning river and sea views.
  : 1. Parking is away from the property but free in a central car park 2. You must tell people its on 4 floors. Those in their 60s, 70s or 80s could really struggle. 3. No hand rail going down to the basement kitchen. There are no views out of any windows except the stunning top floor view. This makes it unpleasant. 4. The 200 housekeeping fund will put people off. I get it but think of something else rather than being able to take money from peoples accounts. 5. There was no hot water on day 1. (The plumber fixed this on day 2) The lounge bulb was flickering badly and the shower room mirror light didnt work. These things should be checked before arrival. Finally and this is seriously dangerous.. the herbs and spices on the kitchen rack all had use by dates of 2004, 2005, 2007, 20011 etc etc.. Why were these not looked at. Someone could get seriously ill. I have videod all these things.
