Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs PLN 20 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for 20 zł per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for 20 zł per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Apartamenty Bursztynowe Komnaty in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that toilet paper and trash bags are not provided by the property.

The swimming pool is located in Park Wodny Jan which is about 200 m from the building.

Please note that air conditioning is only available in particular apartments.

Please note that small dogs are accepted only in particular apartments.
