: Location is good. Lots of parking. Check in was easy using key codes. Lots of nice little touches in the room like leaving us free chocolates. Room looked nice and had everything we needed. Very nice bathroom
: Unfortunately there were some extremely noisy people staying on our corridor who seemed to enjoy constantly walking along the corridor talking loudly and knocking on each others doors. Some sound proofing would be beneficial. Also the bed was very hard and lumpy, and creaked every time you move so we didn't get much sleep

: For the money we paid, i think its fair. Easy to find, good connected with cycling roads.
: As the hotel is on the road , its quite hard to sleep ( in the rooms with the windows to the road) it is very loud, the whole night.We have had breakfast problems, because of misunderstanding. By arrival I have told that we would like to have breakfast at the property, at 9 am. Next morning there was no breakfast, and the woman was saying that we didnt book it at all and we need to wait . I can understand that it was something wrong in the system... but we felt not welcomed, the reaction of the stuff was impolite...

: Great communication from host. Complimentary toiletries, which doesn't seem usual in our travels around Germany. Complimentary water in the room.
: Accommodation was on the outer side of Gransee, a tiny place.. No reception or anyone about other than other travellers. Felt a little unloved around the property.

: it was at a convenient location and staff was helpful
: most rooms didnt have windows so lack of fresh air circulation. bathroom also with no window and no fan, so air was getting damp quickly
