  : The host was relatively responsive (within 24 hours). The bed linens were fresh and towels/wash cloths were well stocked.
  : It was dirty, A LOT of broken appliances, and the water pressure and temp duration did not meet expectations. By the time mechanics arrived for repair, the vacation was pretty much over. Layers of dust on ceiling fans and dust webs in the ceiling hanging down, cooktop surfaces were still smudgy, greasy, and dirty. Coffee maker still had old and used coffee filter. The floor was vacuumed but rug underneath coffee table was not. We pretty much deep cleaned the unit after getting there because of fear that unit was not deeply sanitized. In the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were uncomfortable staying.
