  : The staff was great. Very nice, welcoming and professional. I greatly appreciate the courtesy we experienced with Rams and Chris. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service
  : When we got there we found out the Bar & Grill closed down as well as the Game Room due to the loss of business from the pandemic. The fitness room was also closed with the lights off and the door locked. It was a very small room with barely any equipment so I decided not to push for it to be opened for me. Learning that the amenities were either not available or not up to par was disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying these amenities. It is what attracted me to booking that hotel because I knew we would be in a surburban area. We are also from NYC and don't drive. But I learned for future reference to call hotels in advance to see if the amenities are still accurate

  : The only two things I like were the friendly staff (when they were available) and the proximity to food and a grocery store.
  : The hotel is not great. I could never recommend it. The AC does not work, it is old and dilapidated. I believe this hotel was shut down for a while, and I think someone bought it and reopened the hotel. If the is the case it was waste of time and money. The hotel felt "dead" . . . it felt like I was the only customer. Cable in my room did not work in addition to the AC. I tried to contact someone at the front desk, but they were not available. I wound up leaving the night I checked in and staying somewhere else.

  : The man that welcomed us was courteous and professional.
  : The elevator wasn't working, the whole hotel in desperate need of basic maintenance, except the entrance hall. No hot water on last day.
