  : Wouldn't know wasn't able to check in
  : everything they wouldn't allow me to check in cause it was after 11 pm even tho the reservation was made after 11 and when I called I was told I got charged anyways due to a no show. In which caused me to stay outside in my car all night. Very very unhappy. When I called about a refund was rudely told nope.

  : It was close to where I needed to be. When I got there the staff was nice.
  : When I checked out everything was fine, told I would be getting a refund because I left early; well about 4 hrs after checkout my phone dinged, it was a message from my bank saying it had a charge pending for the cost of one night from suburban hotel. I called them to find out what was going on. She told me that there wasn’t a charge and it wasn’t her problem. I contacted the company they are supposed to be messaging me or calling me back in around 7-10 business days. Fingers crossed and praying that this gets straightened out and my bank waivers any od charges. (I didn’t use that card at any time other than paying for that room) not very happy at all....
