  : There were bed bugs in my first room, and spiders on the bed. Same thing with my friends room, so we were moved to different rooms, next to each other. In the new rooms, there were bed bugs on each bed. We were then moved to the “Presidential suite”. This room included 2 bed rooms and a “Parlor room”. There were bed bugs in each room, and bugs in one bathroom. The pool was filthy and frothy, the cabanas were filth with holes and strange spots on every cushion. When we complained of the bed bugs in the “presidential suite” we were told that people don’t typically rent that room out so it may not have been cleaned, they sent someone to clean it.. we walked to the store to get bleach and bug spray, got back room smelled cleaner one bug was gone from bathroom but of course there were still bed bugs and there were still old French fries under the table and dried rice on the floor. Only 3 ppl allowed in the elevator at once, but barely any of those worked. Halls were hot and smelled like mildew. Ceiling tiles were water stained and bulging/buckling due to so much standing water from God knows what. Needless to say neither of us slept. It was the most terrible and stressful hotel stay I have ever experience.
