  : Everything was niceAll male staff were very helpful, polite and respectful.
  : Female staff were rude.. especially the receptionist in our last day, I asked her few times to book taksi she promised us the taksi will be at the hotel on time! But on the departure day I had to remind her again, her response was you haven't requested a taksi!! I was late for my otobus, this caused me and mother a lot of stress.. Please train your female staff same as male staff members.

  : I have booked a queen room with a pull out sofa and all the extras but they gave me a basic room. They are false advertising and doesn't give you the room you paid for.

  : STAY AWAY!! The hotel was not pleasant at all. When we got there, the entire air conditioning was turned off, for the whole building, and our rooms were 30.5 degrees Celcius. We went down to ask them for help, and they turned on the ac but it barely worked. When we asked them for a fan, or anything to cool us down they told us "the ac is working fine, Dyiarbakir is a hot city your rooms are fine." This isn't an excuse, as we had stayed in a hotel in a different city a few hours south which was hotter, and their ac was fine. The ac was then turned off again during the night, causing the rooms to go up from around 28 degrees back up to 30-31. The image below was taken in the morning after a night of the ac "working". They were trying to save money by keeping the central ac off, and the staff were very rude when we approached them about it. We were also promised rooms with a view of the Tigris River but all you can see are some trees and not the actual river. We were told the Hamam bath closed at 10, but when we went down at 9 the doors were locked and there was Noone there. There were some positives, the rooms were clean and the beds were fairly comfy, but for the price, 200+ euros for 2 rooms for 1 night, it's a disgrace. There are much cheaper options which will provide you with better service around.

  : Nice comfortable room and the breakfast was good, there is a small gym downstairs and generally staff were helpful and kind.
  : The assistant manager (lady) seemed to want us to pay for our breakfast on the second day. her body language was suspicious and untrustworthy. Breakfast was included in the package and we showed her. The rest of the staff were lovely and unfortunately this affected our overall impression of what was otherwise a lovely stay.
