  : All the meals are good. I like most of the food.
  : Your personnel are not friendly. At what time I requested for a cup of nescafe during meal time, but I didn't got it. Very bad. However, I requested from another person, then only I got it. On other ocassion, I requested some ice from one of the personnel and I got it. But I requested from the same personnel who didn't gave me the Nesacafe, I was told that the is no ice. I know he was lying. I also was charged for drinks that I didn't drink. When I want to checked out I asked how much I owed the hotel because I want to pay. The personnel told me TL90. I was surprised because according to my friend who also a driver he only drank one time and he did signed on the sheet. The cost of the Nescafe was TL45. When I asked the personnel why I was charged with 2 nescafe she insisted that I did drank 2 nescafe which I know that only one. There were 2 sheets but only 1 sheet has signature on it. She keep insist me to pay which I keep refuesed. Then a manager came and agreed that I only need to pay one nescafe. She didn't say sorry for the mistake and keep loughing although she made a mistake. It was ashamed and I feel so bad. To me she has tarnished the Hotel reputation. It was a she. There fore this will be my first and last visiting to your hotel as I am also the recurring traveller to Istanbul and might go back to Uludag. But I will never come back to your hotel I also will tell my friend the experienced that I had with the hotel so my friend can analyse whether TRendlife is a good hotel or not.

  : The hotel was closing, so there was no promised swiss table. Spa didn't work. the walls are paper made of, you hear all the neighbours. nevertheless we were almost the only in the hotel, we were checked in the room number near other guests. But the staff did everything they could to make our staying comfort.
