  : Good location, clean.
  : The automated check in system. It did not work very well and should not be used as a cost saving exercise to the detriment of customers. There was only one staff member on duty when we checked in, he was also the only barman in a soulless busy lobby area. Needless to say we got no information either about the hotel or the local area, we were not even told where and when we could get breakfast. Luckily the breakfast info was available in the lift. We had booked two rooms with a double bed in each. We got two twin rooms on different floors and when we asked if we could have two rooms closer to each other (my travelling companion had just been released from hospital) we were asked if we expected them to kick someone else out of a room. Other than the soulless bar the hotel had no other facilities. Overall we felt that this hotel was only interested in maximising its profits.

  : Rooms were crisp and clean..Shower and bathroom excellent. Everything in order.
  : Couldn't book in early, even though we were told we could..Air con did not work in first room..We were transferred to new room with better view.

  : No bottles of water and expresso capsules only at arriving,and what is more strange that no telephone in the room for calling reciption.even i ask for 1 big bed i found 2 beds attached.
