  : The hotel is in the center of many hiking paths (this is what we came for). It's far from the main road, so it's really quiet here. The hotel is surrounded by forests and a small lake (more like a pond, you can't swim there). The staff is friendly, though they are so-so with English. The hotel has a nice restaurant on-site, where we had breakfasts (buffet) and dinners (order from the menu). They have enough parking slots; we never had any issues with parking. The spa is pretty good, with a few saunas, a lounge zone. Jukuzzi didn't work there when we stayed. I lacked a swimming pool, but it wasn't critical. Pay attention that spa access is not included in the price. One-time entrance is 10 euro, or free if you buy a massage (around 40-50 euro). Though make sure to book massages in advance as spa works only from 4 to 8 pm, so all slots get occupied really fast. I don't have kids, but there's a playground in the hotel that kids seem to enjoy.
  : The beds are not so comfortable. They are not soft enough. Though if you like more hard mattresses, it will be ok. The opening hours of the restaurant, bar, and spa are really restricted. Everything closes at 8 pm, which is really early. So we had to plan our day to get back to the hotel much earlier than we wanted in order to use the spa and have dinner.

  : Surprisingly good hotel with restaurant and wellness. Room was modern and clean, so was bathroom. Bowling on site, wellness perfect (shame about jacuzzi not working during our stay). Wifi strong. Vrbicke pleso nearby is a beautiful place for a walk.
  : Not a big issue but there should be sugar on each table during the breakfast rather than one half empty sugar bowl for the whole place.

  : Breakfasts were ok, but the selection depends on the number of guests in the hotel. Private skibus was fantastic. Skiroom spacious, with private lockers, but no place to properly dry the boots. There were shelves, however without fans. Most of the locations, even of lower standard, have special racks. Every time we had to take out the inside boots from the covers and use the radiator in the room. Unnecessary complication. Very nice and smiling staff in the restaurant and reception. Room spacious. but no fridge and kettle.
  : Problem when fewer people accommodated. Then you could choose only 'a la carte' breakfasts. Not a big deal - just an observation.Issue with the dinners. We never got what we were craving for. Once we wanted to taste the regional specialties. They did not have them, despite having in the card. Bad luck. The other time we were denied to enter the restaurant due to 'an organized group' (crowdy). One: the group was parking badly - I took a photo of a lady who parked 30 cm from my door having all the area around free (still claiming 'I can park' - ridiculous). Happily did not scratch the car. Not the fault of Mikulasska, however having the cameras around, could take a look and instruct the guests to park better. Second - we were convinced to eat only what the 'organized group' was eating, not what we wanted. And in double amount. The dumplings were untasty: cold and dry, with the signs of waiting on the plates for the 'organized group' before (stuck to each other, torn in places, with the fragments of doe from the other pieces glued on top). Tomato soup - evidently cooked in bulk. Despite bringing the dishes to the room, we were not very happy afterall. We brought back almost one full plate (and we are dumpling-lovers). In the end, I had a slight expectation that we might not be fully charged for it, however we had to pay the whole price, as if we ordered the dishes in the restaurant.Cleaning: quite a contrast. After 2 days we got all the towels changed. Super, but unexpected. However, until the end of the stay - nothing changed (maybe despite the floor towel). Liquid soap in the room: the distributor in the room was empty when we arrived. Again, not a problem, but we had to ask twice on the following days to refill. Some old popcorn under the beds, some 'Nesquik balls' under the curtains not vacuum-cleaned.

  : I was surprised that when booking through booking.com entrance to the Wellness was extra.
