  : Everything was great! It was a family owned boutique hotel in a great location for us, on the main mall, close to everything including the markets, which is what we came for. The owner saw I was hot and dehydrated and came to me with iced water which was very comforting. Staff were available to give local and wider information and were very obliging.
  : Everything was great and the only query I have is that it was located in town and not so close to the train station - and I think that is something from Hotels.com that was not clear in the description. It is definately walking distance (with minimum luggage) and we took a taxi to the station on the way home, which was kindly organised by the hotel. Also on the Hotels.com site, the front main entrance should also be noted on the description for pedestrians, as it could be accessed from the main street for pedestrians and we followed directions to the vehicle entrance. We were so close to the front main street entrance with our luggage and did not know,

  : Very nice, distinguished, old style hotel just next to the main pedestrain thoroughfare of Cuneo in an old palace with reach history. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. We got upgrade to a suit which was very nice with balconies with a view over the roofs
  : Breakfast was a little bit dissapointing. Quite a good sweet selection, but salty rather limited. Airconditioning cools only to about 25 degrees so on hotter nights it is necessary to open balcony door. The underground parking is a bit tricky and requires patience and good manoeuvring skills

  : They could improve by providing the ability to iron your clothes in your own roim instead if the Lobby. That is my only criticism of the hotel. Ither than that, it was good. Very clean place
