  : - Walking distance from the city center. - Big and spacious studio. - I liked the view with the sunset. - It was very warm and nice (we visited during winter time). - Excellent value for money. - I liked the non-smoking policy, since I hate the smell and didn't feel any cigarets smell inside the studio.
  : - There was no standing-on-the-wall shower. It's not convenient for people with certain disabilities, as you always have to keep the shower in your hand. - It was quite dirty in the building (not the studio. The studio was clean). This has nothing to do with the property itself, and it's not the owner's fault. But you should have it mind, as you will pass by trash left just like that in the corridors, or you may step over food leftovers. - The host was a bit touchy and cold in the communication before arrival. Also she was trying to call me on the phone a few times without asking for a convenient time slot to talk (I might be at a funeral, or watching after a sick person in the hospital, or I might be in a country where the phone call or mobile internet cost a fortune). However she was helpful and responsive once we got there. - The payment policy was a bit unclear. Initially it was written we can cancel at no cost until a certain date. But as soon as I made the reservation I got a message from the property that I have to transfer 30% of the sum in advance in the next 58 hours. If they don't get the money the reservation would be canceled. After all we agreed that we'll not pay in advance. But all this was quite confusing and stressing. - It was a bit noisy because of the boulevard. For us it was not an issue at all, but some people may find it as a problem.

  : Excellent communication and assistance with the owner. She was so generous about the late check-in and even a late check-out was possible which suited perfectly to my further travel schedule.

  : The plase was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. The owner was very kind and give us insteuctions for parcing, because we was with a car.
  : The apartment is in the old and ugly building with bad smell. The front door was not trustable.

  : The house was incredibly old, the entrance dirty and the elevator so old I didn't really trust him!

  : A clean, cozy accommodation. The host was kind and polite. You can park in the apartment parking lot, and you can use the air conditioner and washing machine. value for money is the best
  : I didn't have a problem, but there are cockroaches. The host must obviously disinfect.
