  : They rushed me to check in(I was at a prior arrangement that took awhile) and rushed me to check out 2hrs early. They tried to charge me an additional $100 bc I was late.

  : Paid double then quoted on booking.com. price paid could've went to hilton at price I paid.Only allowed 2 towels 2 washcloths. If requested another 1 must take the one you used. So this is unbelievable. Never been told ever at hotel traveling to bring them a towel or washcloth. Not pet friendly at all. Put us on 2nd floor so was not easy talking my #chichuahuas out to potty.Billed my card at 6pm for 1 night as I was traveling 15 hrs in...apparently a issue for others calling while I was in office. So then again had to pay another 214.00 for my 2 nights. So total was 409.00!! 2 days. Never got my refund back of the had to run card at 6pm.Pillow case on bed had foot print so I question if they are even washing liens and cleaning rooms.Breakfast is a joke. You get muffins in bags and old coffee. Bathroom had mold in itVery very slim hot water and toilet was loose.Room was stinky messed with my asthma. This place is a rip off and I would tell you to run and don't book.
