  : the location was spectacular. It is ski in and ski out, and close to some great restaurants. the bus stop to go to the other resorts in the 3 valleys is just under 100 metres down the street. The balcony was fabulous with gorgeous views

  : Rooms were clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The location is perfect, you can go right on to Ariondaz lift. The restaurant (esp. Rotisserie) is very nice.
  : Most of the access to rooms were located "outside"(in open air) which made it challenging going to breakfast or going down to lobby for a coffee(it would have been nice to know beforehand considering -15C temp outside while we were there). The elevator was always super busy and clearly insufficient for the capacity, which meant always waiting long lines to go in or out. The room service was lacking. sometimes our trash was left full, or we did not get clean towels(even though the other ones were taken), or coffee capsules were not replenished. The phone system was not working(in the whole hotel?) so we could not call the reception or room service from the room. Their solution was to suggest we use our cellphones to call the reception. Not very convenient to make an international call to get fresh towels.

  : Location is good, next to ski lift - nothing else. We walked out after one night
  : This is not a 4 star hotel and the pictures on booking.com are misleading. I and my wife booked a long weekend and when we arrived the room/apartment was not of the standard we expect. The room was very old and has been cheaply refurbished, there are 3 pictures on booking.com of the apartments and they do not show you what you are really getting (take a look at my pictures and that gives you view of what the apartments are really like). The bedroom is very small, you have can't not walk by the side of the bed and have to crawl in. The room was badly cleaned, with old tape on the door, broken tiles, bad smell i.e. not 4 star at all. The ski room was a cheap wooden box with no storage for boots, gloves etc and no facilities to dry your ski equipment. Almost all of the pictures on the website are from the "hotel" and they look fine, but the apartments are disgusting.
