  : No breakfast was available. refrigerator froze cottage cheese, fruit. No control for temp in small refrigerator. No plates, plugs for microwave had not been set up and needed resetting but wasnt obvious that was the problem,l wasnt informed it was on 2nd floor. Dark porch light burned out. Could have injured myself when couch futon. Legs fell off and collapsed. No plates to eat on although I eventually could heat dinners. Very disappointed with description on booking.com site. Bad parki on steep incline downward and difficult to park with 2 other cars there. Could not go out at night because of inability Ility to see to park. Had difficulty during the daylight!

  : The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows.
  : No cable TV and a WIFI that was super spotty. It would keep going on and off on my devices. I was also expecting a kitchenette but instead there was a counter with a small RV fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The electrical circuits could not handle the microwave and coffeemaker. It tripped on my first day there taking power out for the kitchen area and the bathroom. That's way too much load for a circuit breaker that includes kitchen appliances.

  : Beautiful location. Nice room.
  : I didn't realize the unit was upstairs. I would not have rented it if I'd known. I spoke to someone at Vacasa twice during the first couple of days about some concerns and was told someone would get back to me. No one did even though I explained that I was still waiting to hear back from my first call. Thank goodness the head of the local support staff contacted me or I would never have received any assistance at all. The local team was wonderful. I will NEVER use Vacasa again. I think it would be nice to warn people that the local military unit flies constantly for days on end so low overhead that you can't hear each other speak.

  : Upstairs view, decor, easy access to Penn area restaurants and quaintness of the bay there.
  : Mattress sagged badly didn't help our already old backs. dishes were left over from former and wasn't appetizing to look at. Luckily didn't smell. Shower head needs to be replaced or tightened because it would sag and spray out onto floor and over shower wall (thus towels used for sopping).

  : The property is a beautiful location surrounded by trees with a view over the house in front of you towards the water. The interior is decorated nicely And felt very spacious.
  : The jets! We had no idea theyd be so close! This home is on the flight pattern for the local base. We happen to be there during a practice night And for a couple of hours they were flying Over us and right in front of us. I believe they stopped at midnight. To give you an idea of how close they were I could actually see the pilot and by the end of the evening my ears were ringing. So I could easily recommend this place but not If flight practice was scheduled.Also, the toilet didnt look like it had been cleaned it had that toilet bowl shadow.

  : The studio apartment above the garage met our expectations and we had an enjoyable stay. The small kitchenette was well supplied for a small space - very nice!
  : We happened to meet someone out walking who lived nearby when we arrived. She advised us not to drive down the driveway as she was aware of cars having difficulty driving up and out of the property due to the thick gravel. Cars were often unable to get traction. We avoided the driveway and parked on the street, which meant a bit of a trek with luggage.

  : No instructions on using the TV and no way to contact anyone for assistance. Coffee choices were mostly decaf or flavored- 1 caffeinated coffee pod

  : I loved the location, decor was cute and comfy!
  : the futon couch needed to be vacuumed and had old rice and other debris. other than that it was clean cute and comfy. and had a nice view, and the hot tub was nice!!
